Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of each Family Rule, we can not provide a refund unless there is a fault with the product.

If you would like to make an amendment to your order please email us within 48 hours of placing an order. After this point refunds/compensation will only be given if the ruler is faulty or damaged upon delivery as long as you have signed for you parcel as damaged when it arrived.
