Want to get a bit more creative with your Family Rule?
We use the beautiful Chalk Paints by Annie Sloan and work with you to design and create your Bespoke Family Rule. If you manage to nab one of our bespoke commission slots on the 1st of the month we will be in touch within a few days to start discussing your ideas and come up with a design for you to approve.
The price includes up to five different elements of customisation i.e. base colour, pattern, number colour, imagery and text. If your ideas include more than five they are still possible but may incur additional charges at £10 per element requested.
Due to the bespoke nature of these commissions please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery from sign off of your final design (especially at the moment!). I will be in touch via email within a few days to hear your ideas.
Every Family Rule height chart is cut, stained, and painted by hand. Each piece of wood has its own characteristics, which means that no two ruler height charts will ever be the same. Yours is unique to you, made using soft wood, with all the natural imperfections that implies adding to its character and charm.

Each height chart comes with:
- keyhole hook already attached to the back.
- raw plug and screw to hang the ruler safely.
- step by step hanging instructions.
- permanent marker - so you can mark how quickly they grow!
Due to the handmade nature of the product please allow between 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Please note: The rulers are personalised and made-to-order to your specific requirements. Should your requirements change please notify within 48 hours of placing an order.
After this point refunds will only be given if the ruler is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
